Criteria for Regular Membership
- Maybe startup company provided SEC registration indicates it under BPO/Outsourcing category
- May have zero call center seat provided within six (6) months of membership of Philcall it should attain atleast ten (10) voice seat operation
- Majority ownership of BPO/Outsourcing Company should be locally owned.
- To be categorized as Small Medium Enterprise, it should have less than 1500 call center seats
- A Stakeholder of the company also needs to be registered with the association
