Criteria for Regular Membership

  • Maybe startup company provided SEC registration indicates it under BPO/Outsourcing category
  • May have zero call center seat provided within six (6) months of membership of Philcall it should attain atleast ten (10) voice seat operation
  • Majority ownership of BPO/Outsourcing Company should be locally owned.
  • To be categorized as Small Medium Enterprise, it should have less than 1500 call center seats
  • A Stakeholder of the company also needs to be registered with the association
